Ryan Peters - Director
Ryan is a Newcastle local whose passion for visual storytelling started with a Nikon and grew into a career behind the lens. With a background spanning landscape photography, portrait work, and cinematic drone operations, he founded Enclave Media in 2024 to bring high-end production to the Hunter Valley and Sydney. Today he leads a small, dedicated team creating purposeful media for the region's best hospitality, tourism, and entertainment businesses — combining technical precision with a creative eye built over years in the field.
Daniel Bynon - Drone Pilot and Videographer
Daniel grew up in Newcastle after moving from England as a kid, and has spent years developing a sharp eye for photography rooted in street and architectural work. His focus on structure, detail and perspective defines everything he shoots — and that same precision translated naturally into drone piloting, where he found a new way to see the world from above. As part of the Enclave Media team, Daniel brings a methodical, considered approach to every shoot, ensuring the angles and compositions that matter most are never missed
Jared Hughes - Marketing
Jared brings serious strategic weight to the Enclave Media team, with years of experience in digital sales and campaign management including complex media work at nib Group. A University of Newcastle alumnus, his expertise sits in the technical backend — reporting, analytics, and account management — making him the data-driven engine behind every campaign. Where Ryan and Daniel capture the story, Jared ensures it reaches the right audience and delivers measurable returns.
